TAD USB Software Installation
- Download software to your C: drive from here.
- Unzip the file and double click the TAD1.5.exe in the folder C:\TAD_USB_Software
- You will see this dialog box appear:
- Plug in the square end of the USB cable to the TAD and then the other end to your USB port on your PC.
- Allow ~3 seconds for the 99.9 to be displayed on both axis and then move the head through the index points for both Torque & Angulation.
- Press SW2 on the TAD (furthest red switch from USB cable) and Torque & Angulation will be displayed.
- You can open up the supplied excel file 'TAD Lingual Data Table.xls' and using SW2 download data into the spreadsheet cells.
- You have the options to select only Torque or only Angulation with selectable cursor movement for Next cell group, Tab or return. Note if all the check boxes are selected, the only option used would be Return.
- You can also hide the dialog box and an icon will be displayed in the icon tray on the bottom right of your PC
- If you like the program you can make a shortcut of TAD1.5.exe to your desktop. Enjoy!
