Functional & MDA test systems for fine pitch Flex Circuit and small PCB assemblies. Our 'Standard Fixture' is a generic test fixture optimized for testing flex assemblies in high volume production. The key benefits are precise alignment using an X-Y adjustable table with 0.01mm resolution and a vacuum product plate to hold the assembly firmly in place.

For Functional test we combine National Instruments DAQ cards and Agilent power supplies controlled by our own test environment LabVIEW software to produce a winning solution. Checksum MDA is a very cost-effective test solution, which we use for manufacturing defects such as opens and shorts, resistances, capacitances, inductances, voltages and semiconductor diode-junction measurements.
